Dear Dr. Diaz.
Thank you and your staff; thank you, thank you, thank you. Words do not describe our gratitude and appreciation for yours and your staff’s work. We put the trust of our lives and our hopeful child’s life in yours and your staff’s hands when we came to you initially over a year ago, and you have never let us down. Hopefully it is possible to use the information we share with you about our most incredible blessing with other potential parents seeking your assistance.
Yours and your staff’s efforts and work with our miracle baby (born 6/5/09) have been the absolute, without question, greatest gift in our lives. The “gift” of your work and our resulting child is far short of the appreciation that we sincerely have for what you did. There are literally no words that can describe the blessing you have assisted us with.
We appreciate all of yours and your staff’s kindness, professionalism and high quality of medical service there is nothing in my world ever that compares to what you and your staff have given to us through your work at the West Coast Fertility Centers.
If I was not absolutely convinced before, I now believe there is a greater, higher power in our lives, which has given us this miracle boy.

Dear Dr. Diaz & wonderful staff,
As I sit here in our nursery watching our two little angels sleep, I am overwhelmed by the collective effort that it took for them to be here. When we first arrived in your office, on a co-workers’ referral, we were hopeful but skeptical. Soon after, we were overwhelmed by the fact that I would not be able to conceive a child on my own. Frozen egg donation was not something we ever considered, but as our only option we decided to give it a try.
We are so glad that we took the leap of faith and moved forward with the transfer. During every step of the way, the staff was there for us with encouraging words and great advice. They became our other family.
The journey was not easy, but worth every minute. We were so lucky to have been blessed with two miracles on our first try. Now, eight months later, they sleep soundly in their crib as a testament to not only science, but the power of the collective love we felt throughout our journey.
We are proud to have birth baby number 50 from your frozen egg bank. Congratulations on creating miracles and changing lives every single day. We miss you all and look forward to a return once we recover from the lost sleep of having twins.

Rob and I are so very grateful for everything that you did for us. We cannot express our gratitude enough! You and your wonderful, caring staff have become our extended family. Our dream of becoming parents finally came true on April 16th, 2010, with the birth of our beautiful baby girl, Emilee Faith (all 10 pounds, 5 oz. and 22 inches of her!!). She is our miracle baby! It feels like yesterday when Joan called us with the big news, letting us know that our 3rd and final IVF attempt had worked!! What an amazing process and journey! We hope and pray our success story will inspire other couples whose dream of parenthood has not yet been realized.
