The cost of the egg freezing procedure (excluding medications and pre-testing) is: $8,957.00

 

This amount includes the following:

• Office visits/ultrasounds during stimulation
• Hormone blood tests during stimulation
• Anesthesia
• Egg retrieval
• Surgical suite fee
• Laboratory fees

The estimated medication is $3,000. Individual patient costs may vary depending on amount of medication needed.

Female pre-screening requirements:

• Cycle day 2-3 hormone labs (Estradiol, FSH, LH, TSH) $435.00
• Pre-natal panel $175.00

(Includes blood type, antibody screen, Hep B sAg, RPR, CBC, U/A)

• HIV $85.00
• HTLV-1 $85.00
• HCV-AB $100.00
• Chlamydia $76.00
• GC Culture $76.00
