Step by Step Process.
Step 1: Search our donor database to find a match. If you are unable to find one, please state your preference and if you are a registered user, we will notify you as new donors become available.
Step 2: Contact our office by calling (866) 886-2661 to verify egg availability.
Step 3: Notify your infertility physician of your wish to use frozen donor eggs for your procedure. When you are ready to proceed to purchase the eggs, we will notify your physician and send them an information package. If you don’t have an infertility physician, contact our office and we will refer you to a Frozen Egg Bank affiliated provider.
Step 4: Fill out the new client registration form and fax it to (714) 513-1393 or email to admin@eggfreezing.com.
Step 5: Once we have confirmed that your physician agrees to participate in the frozen egg program, we will mail you the recipient purchase agreement. You must return this agreement with a cashier’s check or by credit card payment.
Step 6: We will coordinate with your infertility doctor when the donor eggs will be shipped to your physician’s clinic. We will send the special thawing media and instructions along with the frozen eggs.
